Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kondaji Chivda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we've designed our cancellation and refund policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. Simply contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number.

After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep and contact us for a refund as per our return policy.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Expired or near-expiry products (within 7 days of manufacturing date)
  • Order cancelled before shipment

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable: Orders cancelled after delivery or consumed products are not eligible for refunds unless there's a quality issue.

Return & Replacement Policy

Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Seal/packaging should not be tampered with
  • Include original invoice and order details

Replacement: We offer free replacements for damaged or defective products. The replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days after verification.

Return Shipping: For quality issues, we bear the return shipping cost. For other returns, shipping charges may apply.

Quality Assurance

Every Kondaji Chivda product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We ensure:

  • Fresh products with adequate shelf life
  • Proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Hygienically prepared snacks following FSSAI guidelines

If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately with photographs for a quick resolution.
