Express Delivery: 2–4 business days, available at additional cost for select pincodes.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specified value during promotional campaigns.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the courier details and tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status on the courier’s website.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details. We will promptly resolve the issue through replacement or refund as applicable.
